CHILD IN NEED

A family was shocked when a woman strolled into their home holding an infant seeking shelter for the night. The woman claimed police were telling her to give the child to the Campus of Hope, which she did not want to do.

CANDIDATES

Many new candidates will be making their first appearances in the villages they have chosen to represent. Some people in the villages claim they have never seen or known about some candidates until their names were announced.

POLICE

An update is needed from the police regarding the $50,000 that was withdrawn from a trust fund belonging to a district council. The former member of parliament claims the money was used for the district. Let the police find out.

CHAOS

Having traffic police at busy intersections where there are no lights is a relief. The issue faced by motorists is that the police at the intersections are not consistent. Some days they are there, and some days it is just chaos.

PUBLIC SERVICE

The confirmation of candidates will be done in a month’s time. It would be proper if those holding public service positions and contesting resign now. They will be considered top-notch candidates.

EXPIRED

Check the dates on the packaging of you are out shopping. Products in a neighbourhood shop were found to have expired, but were still sitting on the shelves. A sale is a sale for the shopkeeper.
