The police are not allowing any device capable of any type of recording to be brought into any of the courtrooms. Videos taken during a high-profile trial prompted this move.

LONG TIME

It has taken some time for the cabinet to remove a board chair who has been abusing his power. The water was no longer under the bridge.

The blue party came first, giving birth to the red party, and the red party’s discourse has birthed the white party. All three colours of the national flag are now complete.

It is just a little over a month away from the first international test for the national rugby teams. Let us hope the new head coach has been pencilling in the names of all those performing in the North and South.

CHOICES

Another new political party is being formed. A former blue party man is starting his own. At least this will give voters more choices.

REGISTER

A candidate took the liberty of transporting all his voters, some from Savaii, to the OEC office in Mulinuu to get registered. While that was being done, the representatives of the candidate attempted to set up tents outside the office. Surely, all this is illegal.
