STILL BANNED

A prominent all-boys secondary school remains suspended because of a brawl two years ago. The school was suspended for four years, and another two years remain.

NOODLES

Food is becoming expensive. For some, wages are not enough. Workers from factories are now resorting to eating dry noodles as lunch. The practice is unhealthy, but many workers cannot afford more than that.

WAGE INCREASE

The ministry responsible for checking on employers should be ready for a spot check next month. Remember, the national minimum wage rate increases by 84 sene from 1 July.

It has now been more than four years without a resident forensic pathologist. Bodies are awaiting autopsies and the arrival of the pathologist from Fiji. Now, which party will promise to bring a forensic pathologist as part of their campaign?

FILLINGS

A man was told by a private dentist that he was getting a permanent filling. After spending almost $500 and two months later, the filling has fallen. The man is wondering if the replacement would be free.
