A family was caught off guard after they were told they could not take the body of 46-year-old Feagaigafou Taulia for his final rites. The Samoa Water Authority employee was admitted in critical condition at the Tupua Tamasese Meaole (TTM) National Hospital’s Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for almost two weeks, after suffering injuries in a vehicle crash in Savai'i.
