After nearly eight years at the helm of the Samoa Ports Authority (SPA), General Manager So’oalo Kuresa So’oalo has confirmed his resignation, citing a long-held plan to enter politics to run under the Samoa Uniting Party (S.U.P) flag as a candidate for Gagaifomauga 2.
