SUP 977, HRPP 900 votes in Vaimauga 3 so far

Samoa Uniting Party candidate Lautimuia Uelese Vaai holds a slender lead in Vaimauga No.3. A large constituency with 4,403 registered voters, close to 1,800 votes remain to be determined.
Lautimuia has 977 votes, Taioaliiseu Fiti Amaasu of the Human Rights Protection Party has 900 votes while Faʻatuatua i le Atua Samoa ua Tasi party’s Nonu William Mauia has 700.
Results continue to trickle in and changes are expected.
