An ambulance rushing to an emergency almost ran over a young man crossing the road in Vaimoso. The sirens were on, and vehicles had made way. This gentleman was crossing the road with earphones plugged in and showed no urgency to cross, forcing the ambulance to stop.
NOT EFFICIENT
After years of going through the graduation rigmarole, one would assume the local university would have devised a more efficient way to get their gowns. Students reportedly waited for as long as six hours to finish the entire process. The next day, they have to go to rehearsals and the following day to the actual event. If passing exams was tough, graduating is tougher.
LIABLE
New cracks in the ceilings can be seen at the courthouse in Mulinuu. The people’s property is already 70 per cent compromised. Can the administration be held liable if a piece of the ceiling falls on someone?

It needs to be checked if the new range of mobility devices made for the elderly can be driven on the road. A senior citizen was zooming on the main roads in town. It could also be the unfriendly nature of the footpaths.
