Cabinet cuts Boeing 737-800 lease

The Cabinet has cut the lease of a Samoa Airways-operated Boeing 737-800 and ordered a full audit into the national airline's finances and future outlook.

Prime Minister, Fiame Naomi Mata’afa said in her weekly media conference on Friday that the Cabinet has overturned the decision of the previous administration on the aircraft that is currently parked at the Brisbane airport in Australia.
