Seventy "bystanders" forced into lockdown after escape
Seventy “innocent bystanders” have been forced into isolation after they were identified as having come into contact with a man who escaped quarantine on Wednesday.
The 26-year-old seasonal worker who arrived last week visited four different locations, mostly public places, when he fled the quarantine site for some three hours.
