The alii and faipule of Faasaleleaga No.2 are in a stalemate situation with Prime Minister Laaulialemalietoa Leuatea Schmidt over the appointment of Magele Sekati Fiaui as district council chair. The chiefs have said that the prime minister cannot tell them what to do when it comes to their villages and districts.
