Electoral Court clears Tito, finds Fuimaono Maria guilty

Petitioner Fuimaono Maria Meredith was found guilty of six counts of corrupt practices in the Falealili No. 2 election petition.
The Electoral Court cleared Falealili No.2 winner and the current Minister of Agriculture, Fuimaono Tito Asafo.
The Electoral Court delivered its decision on Friday. Fuimaono Maria was the one who filed the petition, while Fuimaono Tito filed the counter petition.
