Toddler loses life two weeks away from birthday

In two weeks, Lisi Mefi would have turned three years old. All plans for celebrations have now turned into sorrow, as the toddler passed away on Monday after being electrocuted at his home in Gagaifolevao, Lefaga and Sa'anapu.
