A senior public relations officer with the Fire and Emergency Services Authority (FESA), Pauli Fetu Leapai-Saili, has urged the Samoa Observer not to publish a story after questions were put to her about abusive private messages and public social media posts directed at reporter Sulamanaia Manaui Faulalo.
