Three constiuencies votes pushed back to Tuesday

An official announcement was made just before midnight at the Office of the Electoral Commissioner’s (OEC) operations centre by an election official. The official results will be confirmed and pushed out again by the OEC.
As of 12 am Tuesday morning, counting was still underway for the Vaimauga 1 constituency, which began its 10 am session on Monday.
Tuesday, 9 am will see teams counting for the Gagaifomauga No.2 votes as well as Gagaemauga No.2 and Vaisigano No. 1. This is due to the delay of the final counts of other constituencies.
Of the 16 scheduled constituencies for Monday, 1 September, the OEC have managed to get through just under half, (1) Aana Alofi No.2, (2) Safata No.2, (3) Faleata No.4, (4) Vamauga No.2, (5) Vaisigano No.2 and (6) Palauli No.3.
Constituencies from the 10 am slot whose votes have not been listed yet are (7) Faleata No.3. The constituencies for the 1 pm slot that have not been listed yet are (8) Gagaifomauga 2, (9) Gagaemauga 2 and (10) Vaisigano 1 (postponed to Tuesday, 2nd September)
(11) Alataua Sisifo, (12) Vaimauga No.1, (13) Faleata No.1, (14) Palauli No.2, (15) Faleata No.3 and (16) Vaimauga No.3.
