INCLUSIVE

It has been suggested that the annual vehicle registration contains a certain amount for parking. If that is the case, should people pay for parking? If it is not, then people should pay.

SHARING

The boys in blue could focus more on parking meter enforcement if a certain amount collected from the meters was given to them. Money is the best motivator. This depends on whether the party collecting the money is willing to share.

COMPLEX

It is suspected that the budget estimates are complex because the true status of government expenditure is being kept hidden. All will be revealed in good time.

DIRECTIVE

In a democracy, government officials, including school principals, should be able to conduct media interviews. A directive is perhaps keeping many from sharing positive news. This democracy is working in a very funny manner.

NOT SCHOOLING

School holidays are still far away. Primary school children have been seen roaming around in villages during normal school hours. Some say it has to do with teacher unavailability.
