A woman parked at a supermarket in Lotopa was approached by two men to help transport their friend, who had been stabbed. The woman called the police, who were quick to the scene.

MEASLES

Measles is on the rise in New Zealand, especially among children. Let us hope that the immunisation rate in the country has picked up to protect children here.

PROBE

There is no word from the authorities on whether there will be an investigation to see if an MP who withdrew money from a unit trust used the money where he said he would.

HIV TESTS

There is a need to improve HIV/AIDS testing in the country. There are reports of locals testing HIV positive overseas. The numbers in the country do not reflect the actual number of cases.

PARKING FEE

How is that a government-owned body has enforced parking fees without approval from the Revenue Board? Or is there a miscommunication?

UNSCRUPULOUS

A young man selling sea-grapes (limu) told a foreigner that a parcel cost $20, and then a minute later told his local wife it was $10. He did not realise they were together. Things need to change.
