Between the Lines

LIGHTWEIGHT

The heavy rain is hitting us again. Please, do not be an idiot and try and take a swim in flooded rivers. The currents are pretty strong, and if a car can get swept away, humans are lightweight.

DRIVING

Drive safely in the rain. There were a couple of accidents, including one where a minivan was spotted upside down next to the road. Luckily, no injuries have been reported.

DEBT TALK

It is amusing to listen about the national debt from a former minister who thought exporting livestock to a country with a population of 50,000 was profitable because they dealt in American dollars.

LIKES

Keep an eye on children and see what they are uploading on social media. There are some disturbing local contents, including nudity. Children are so easily brainwashed to put up any content for likes.

HOMELESS

The number of people sleeping on the streets seems to be rising. It may not seem like a problem now, but give it a decade.

POTHOLES

After the heavy rain has passed, only then will we get a clear picture of how much the roads are damaged. The water-filled roads also make it hard to dodge potholes.
