Another incident where a shop was attacked. A shop in Vaitele was closed for three days after some youths looking for money attacked the shop. Some say it was drug-related.

NON-STOP

The show must go on. A popular night spot has never failed to be open to patrons despite warnings and notices of closure from the authorities.

BUSES

There are plans to remove the wooden buses from operation because of the danger they pose. To do this, the government has to ensure that public transportation is unaffected.

LOAN HELP

A phone call was received where a woman wanted an article to be published because a bank was delaying approving her loan. She wanted her loan fast-tracked.

POCKETS

A church in debt with the superannuation body has promised to pay it off by the end of the year. Hopefully, this does not come at the cost of the flock dishing out the money from their pockets.

SEVENS

Hopefully, Manu Samoa 7s fans will get to watch their team in action in Los Angeles. Let us keep our fingers crossed, everyone has proper boots. Surely, the diaspora will come to help out.
