The Leader of the Opposition turned 80 years old on Wednesday. Interestingly, he will turn 79 years old in April. The man has two birthdays, the one this week is the real one.

MORE CHARGES

From the court drama during a top interest bail hearing, one could sense that there could be more people who would be charged. It would be interesting to see who the man at the top is.

ATHLETES REWARD

So much talk of rewarding Pacific Games gold medallists but nothing has happened. If the government does not have finances, they should say that instead of making athletes wait.

POTHOLES

Potholes are appearing on many of the roads, some even in town. Driving requires the extra skill of dodging potholes. The rain has to stop for the road works to take place.

NO CONTRACT

The next leg of the World Sevens Series will be played at the end of the month. There is no word if the sevens players would be contracted or not. Samoa could be the only amateur team in the tournament.
