Drunk men around central Apia gather around shops and hustle other customers for a tala or two. Guess, free beer tastes better. Mayors and police need to do something about this.

BEGGING

Spotted at the famous restaurant’s drive-thru is this man who is knocking on car widows and asking for that extra change. Begging is a business which earns more than a hard labour job.

VENDING

With the school almost over and children staying home. Is it still illegal for child vendors to be selling items? Some are already selling them in various locations.
