BSP Samoa has reaffirmed its commitment to fostering growth and development through sports in the country by sponsoring the Samoa Netball Cup Tournament. 

The sponsorship which totals SAT$10,000 in cash represents not only the bank's financial contribution but also their belief in the potential of sports to inspire and uplift communities. 

BSP Samoa Country Manager Jennifer Fruean highlighted the bank's dedication and commitment to sports development in Samoa through its various sponsorships. 

"We firmly believe in the transformative power of sports, and our commitment to supporting initiatives for development is at the core of our values as a company," said Ms. Fruean. 

The bank also extended its support by offering SAT$ 1,000 worth of merchandise, to support the provision of training uniforms for the tournament participants, according to Ms. Fruean. 

“This partnership between BSP and the Samoa Netball Cup exemplifies the positive impact that collaboration between the private sector and sports initiatives can have on community development.

The Netball Samoa Cup Tournament will start on 27 September 2023 and end on 30 September 2023.
