Villagers deny assaulting hog-tied complainant
The 15 matai and untitled men of Lotoso’a Saleimoa, who are facing more than 10 charges of hog-tying another man from the village, have denied the allegations in the District Court.
Speaking through their lawyer Tuisa Tasi Patea, the villagers entered a not guilty plea to the 15 charges, when the matter was called before the District Court Judge, Loau Donald Kerslake on Tuesday.
