Head of State delivers farewell address

The outgoing Head of State, His Highness Tui Atua Tupua Tamasese Efi, has delivered his final address to the nation.
His Highness recorded his farewell message at TV3 Taufusi where he acknowledged the country for their support during the past 10 years.
His Highness Tui Atua’s reign ends on Friday when Samoa will welcome the new Head of State, His Highness Tuimaleali’ifano Sualauvi Va’aletoa II.
His Highness Tui Atua’s address is published in full in tomorrow’s Samoa Observer.
