Coroner prohibits isolation after Figiel's death

The Coroners Court has ordered the Ministry of Police, Prisons and Corrections Services to immediately stop segregating or isolating detainees, after questioning why the late playwright Sia Figiel was isolated in her cell at Tanumalala Prison.
