Social media blogger Fiu Sikuka Lomitusi was once again charged by the police. This time for allegedly assaulting his father and pushing him out of a moving vehicle.

He was on bail for drug-related and defamation charges.

Acting Police Commissioner, Leiataua Samuelu Afamasaga, said that Fiu has been released on bail with conditions that he is not allowed to set foot in his father's village and live elsewhere.

Leiataua said Fiu will appear in court for the new charges next month.

Fiu allegedly pushed his father out of a moving vehicle and took off with the car.

The car was damaged and got into an accident when Fiu had it three weeks ago.

People close to the family have revealed that the chiefs of Gautavui are now contemplating penalties against him.

A member of the family said they were shocked when they received the news that Fiu's father was saved by a church minister and some untitled men when he was pushed out of the car.
