Court on guard for bogus petitions, Vaimauga No.2 withdrawal granted

The court must constantly be on guard against attempts by parties to election petitions to pervert the law and the electoral process to fulfil private agendas, said the Electoral Court as it granted the withdrawal of the petition and counter petition of Tamaleta Taimang Jensen and Lenatai Faafoi for the Vaimauga No.2 seat.
