Judge orders return of $35,000 seized in Leone drugs and weapons case

Supreme Court Justice Vui Clarence Nelson has ruled that nearly $35,000 seized by police during a May raid in Leone was unlawfully taken and must be returned to one of the accused men in a drugs and weapons case.
