Ferry delayed, Olo says he's a free man

Outgoing caretaker Minister of Works, Transport and Infrastructure Olo Fiti Vaai says the Aurora V ferry will now arrive a little later due to ongoing modifications and is set to be in Samoa by November at the latest.
