'Unreasonable and unfair': OCLA told after probe into termination

The decision by the Clerk of the Legislative Assembly (OCLA) to terminate the employment of Taikerise Moe was "unreasonable and unfair", said the Office of the Ombudsman after completing its investigation into the matter.
