Three arrested in Alafua raid

Three men were taken into custody on Thursday afternoon following a raid by the Samoa Police at a residence in Alafua.
Police Commissioner Auapa'au Logoitino Filipo confirmed a raid was underway.
Three men were allegedly arrested at the scene and were seen in handcuffs. Police were also observed digging behind the house as part of the investigation.
Four police vehicles and two Ministry of Customs and Revenue vehicles were involved in the operation.
Authorities have not yet disclosed the reason for the raid.
