Increased revenue and low debt allows for SUP goals

Growth in government revenue to $3 billion, and the national debt level now at 23 per cent of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), will allow the implementation of the Samoa United Party (SUP) manifesto, said caretaker Minister of Finance Lautimuia Uelese Vaai.
