$68M for pensioners in HRPP's second poll promise

The Human Rights Protection Party (HRPP) has promised to commit $68 million to help increase pension payments, unveiling the second part of their Poverty Alleviation Project (PAP) ahead of Samoa’s upcoming snap election.
