Emmaflora Lemoa Ah-Tong and Maiavatele Alexander Ah Tong left their employment to pursue a dream and on Monday the couple witnessed the fruits of their bold decision unfold.

It was a dream that took over 13 years in the making, something they slowly worked towards until they could let go of employment and become their own bosses.

Through their unwavering faith in God and a commitment to prayer, the couple has cultivated a prosperous IT establishment called C4U Tech.

While they offer most things a normal IT business would do such as a range of services, including phone and computer repairs. What truly sets their business apart is their dedication to serving the Samoan community by providing services in the Samoan language, particularly catered to the elderly population who may struggle with technical terms.

"We see many of our people struggling to understand technical terms so we've come up with an initiative to train ourselves and try and put English terms into Samoan," Maiavatele told the Samoa Observer.

Mrs. Ah-Tong with her previous role as a Finance Officer for SPREP Projects, and Maiavatele, who gained valuable experience working at PB Tech in New Zealand, joined forces to create a unique and much-needed service in Samoa's technology sector, a tactic that many other IT establishments lack.

"It's important to understand our community and the fast moving technology , especially for our elderly, " said Mrs Ah Tong.

The opening of their new branch at the vibrant Fugalei Market marked a significant milestone in their journey as entrepreneurs, reflecting their unwavering commitment to serving their community.

"We feel incredibly blessed to have been selected among numerous businesses to have a presence at the Fugalei Market," Mrs. Ah Tong shared.

"Despite the challenges that came with leaving our traditional jobs, the success of our business and the positive impact we are making in our community certainly validate our decision."

At the heart of their business lies a profound belief in the power of faith and prayer to guide them through both triumphs and challenges.

The couple's dedication to their craft is evident in their commitment to providing exceptional service rooted in integrity, compassion, and a deep connection to their Samoan heritage.

As they continue to grow and expand their business, the couple remains steadfast in their mission to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those they serve.

"To engage with our community more, as a start up, we have done giveaways and prices so we can give something back to our people. Their positive feedback can be viewed on our online platform," said Mrs. Ah Tong.

The couple's journey from corporate professionals to successful business owners is a testament to their resilience, perseverance, and unwavering trust in God.

The Ah Tong's story is an inspiration to aspiring entrepreneurs. Their dedication highlights the power of faith, hard work, and focus in achieving success.
