Security procedures at the reserve bank is beefed up, which is better. The previous practice of street vendors and visitors walking into any level of the building will now be stopped. These are instructions that have come from the ministerial level.

Even people on the radio are fixated on the one per cent that was not given in the payout. A morning show quickly corrected itself after saying the payout was five per cent.

LONG LINES

The lines at the ATMs were long even on Tuesday. Some remarked that it was faster to withdraw money inside the bank from the tellers.

OUT OF STOCK

A local pizza joint is unable to fully provide all the meals listed on its menu. According to them, some of their ingredients are now out of stock with all their suppliers. This is also true for meat and vegetables.

BALANCED

It is amusing that a possible conflict was declared in one matter but not in another, which is joint. These are indications of how some things will balance out in the halls of justice in the near future.

BURGLARIES

Some neighbourhoods are experiencing a rise in burglaries. Reports have come of a man walking the streets and entering homes when nobody is around. Report strangers.
