Boyd, who brings nearly 20 years of experience leading product teams, joins from GE Aviation, where he served as Enterprise Product Chief Technology Officer.

As Chief Product Officer, Boyd will drive the development of progressive solutions that will continue to simplify law firm operations while easing administrative burdens for lawyers. He will be responsible for identifying specific challenges faced by law firm management and optimizing processes based on how attorneys and legal support staff function on a routine basis. His work will entail leveraging the latest technologies to unlock new possibilities within the Rippe & Kingston Legal Management System (LMS) and the recently introduced LMS Mobile app, ultimately empowering customers to advance the performance of their practices and better serve their clients.

Boyd earned his B.S. in computer science with a minor in mathematics from Virginia Tech and has obtained several professional certificates including an ESI Master Certificate in Project Management. He is also Project Management Professional (PMP) certified and a Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
