Parents query relevance of P.T.A. fees

STREET TALK: Parents have taken to social media to criticise the annual Parents Teachers Association (P.T.A.) fees that schools add to their tuition fees. But the Minister of Education, Loau Keneti Sio, says parents should just pay up for the children’s sake.
