Samoan rugby overjoyed by 'historic' rule change

Manu Samoa 15s Head Coach Vaovasamanaia Seilala Mapusua and former lock Daniel Leo have welcomed the changing of rugby eligibility rules, which now enables Samoan rugby stars to represent the country.
