Prime Minister Fiame Naomi Mata'afa says she will not meet with the Public Service Association (P.S.A.) executive if they want to raise the “same issues”.
Responding to questions from the Samoa Observer, the Prime Minister said the issues raised by the association have already been thoroughly explained to them by the Public Service Commission.
