F.A.S.T. mulls by-election legal challenge

The Fa'atuatua i le Atua Samoa ua Tasi (F.A.S.T.) party is still deciding whether to challenge the appointment of two women from the opposition party as M.P.s to the Parliament. 

The Office of the Electoral Commission (O.E.C.) activated the 10 per cent constitutional requirement for women M.P.s in Parliament following last week’s by-elections.
