By-election dates pushed back to end of November
The by-election polling date for seven constituencies in Samoa has been pushed back to the last week of November after the Speaker released revised dates for the electoral process.
The dates for the upcoming by-elections were revised and announced by the Office of the Electoral Commission (O.E.C.) with the Electoral Commissioner, Faimalomatumua Mathew Lemisio saying the dates initially announced by the commission was based on the warrant issued by the Speaker on 13 October 2021.
