China weighing change, others neutral: expert
Three world powers – the United States, the People’s Republic of China and the United Kingdom – have chosen to issue neutral statements on Samoa’s political stalemate this week.
But one expert said that a comment made by the People's Republic of China could be interpreted as a signal that they are positioning themselves for a new incoming Government.
