Digicel introduces ‘My Digicel App’
PR - Digicel Samoa yesterday announced the release of its new ‘My Digicel’ app, an interactive and user-friendly tool that allows customers to manage their overall mobile experience.
Having undergone significant changes in both look, feel and functionality, the app now boasts a whole host of new and amazing features including data and credit balance widget, a simple to follow graphic display of customers’ usage, plan filtering and the ability to activate, deactivate and upgrade data plans.
My Digicel App is the first of its kind full service self-care app, designed to empower the consumer to activate more plans by making them more accessible.
In addition, once downloaded, the app is free to use as not a single MB of a customers’ data is used to access the information and content available on the app.
Digicel Samoa’s Chief Customer Officer, Deepak Khanna, the app is all about improving the customers’ experience.

The ‘My Digicel’ app has an automatic log in capability in most markets and is available through the Play Store and Apple’s App Store to all smartphone users.
