District Court Judge Talasa Atoa-Saaga has recused herself from a case involving Opposition Leader Tuilaepa Sailele Malielegaoi and Prime Minister Laaulialemalietoa Leuatea Shmidt, after an application for two separate trials for alleged defamatory remarks made by Tuilaepa.
