The Electoral Court will deliver its ruling on notice whether to charge witnesses who failed to appear for the Falealili No.1 constituency petition, and refer the $100,000 financial settlement between Tuiloma Laniselota Lameko and Deputy Prime Minister Toelupe Poumulinuku to the Attorney General's Office for investigation.
