Falealili No.2 chiefs file intervener supporting withdrawal in Falealili No.1

The alii and faipule of Falealili No. 2 have filed an intervener supporting the withdrawal of the petition and counter petition of Falealili No.1 between Tuiloma Laniselota Lameko and Deputy Prime Minister Toelupe Poumulinuku Onesemo.
The intervener is opposed to the Human Rights Protection Party's application to pursue the alleged accusations of corrupt practices against Toelupe.
Chief Justice Satiu Simativa Perese and Justice Leiataualesa Darryl Clarke will decide if the intervener application will be accepted at 1 pm.
Fuimaono Sarona Ponifasio is acting on behalf of the alii and faipule of Falealili No.2.
The applicant, Human Rights Protection Party, is objecting to the intervener's application.
