The Electoral Court recommended changes in the election law after the Fa'asalele'aga No.2 candidate for the Fa'atuatua i le Atua Samoa ua Tasi (FAST) Party, Magele Sekati Fiaui, was found to have used more than $60,000 from the District Development Project to induce votes.
