'Hammer could have been used': Pathologist tells court

The cause of Dr Caroline Sinavaiana-Gabbard's death was from severe injuries to the skull, forearms, and internal injuries, testified forensic pathologist Dr James Kalougivaki in the trial of Sia Figiel. He said the weapon could have been a hammer.
