AG Su’a Hellene Wallwork says the Clerk of the Legislative Assembly was unlawful in refusing to release government vehicles issued to the Speaker and Deputy Speaker, and his advice to the Head of State to appoint Laauli Leauatea Schmidt as Prime Minister was unconstitutional.
