SUP manifesto: Free education and 45 per cent ACC to be returned

The Samoa Uniting Party (SUP) has announced free education and the return of 45 per cent of the Accident Compensation Commission (ACC) upon retirement and no value-added tax on freezer food items.
SUP announced these election promises as part of their manifesto launched on Tuesday.
Other promises include no tax on electricity and energy, VAGST decreased by 12 per cent for all goods and a decrease in duty at the wharf.
SUP has announced that people will start getting a pension of $500 a month as soon as they reach the age of 60.
