Free hospital services, a new hospital, $200 for pregnant women, children to receive $100 monthly until three years old, free diapers, an increase in district grants, cash allowance for poor families and tax exemption from food is included in the Faatuatua i le Atua ua Tasi Party (FAST) manifesto.
